This Lincoln’s Hat quilt block was fun to put together.  The piecing is easy, and the only challenging part is adding the narrow strip around the center.

I did this using a bias tape maker and machine stitched it on, tucking both ends into one seam. I opened the seam in a small place to insert the ends, and then stitched the seam closed after the ends were safely inside.
