Idaho Star Quilt Block
The Idaho Star quilt block is an 8 pointed star using diamonds as the center points.
This block requires sewing set-in seams for the triangles and squares that fill in between the star points.
Using the techniques you see in the video, sewing these seams will be easy, easy!
Peaceful Piecing!

Dear Penny, Want to say Thank You for your Idaho Star Quilt instruciton video. I have always wanted to stitch and quilt stars but all my efforts have ended in disaster. Your video with its clear instructions have enabled my to create my first one. THANK YOU, I don’t know what we would all do without you! Keep up the good work. Sue
I am part way through cutting blocks for a star quil out of a star quilt book I got from your or Konstantins web site 2 years ago so I am so glad I found this video before starting. It looks to me that it is mostly made with half or quarter square shapes but if I find diamond shapes as I get going now I know what to do to keep my self out of trouble. I love your videos as the explanation of process and photos is always enough for a beginner to understand and I be a lot of long time quilters woudl benefit too.
Thanks!
Penny
